Product Warranty

All Tracker products have a manufacturers parts and labour warranty, from the date the product was dispatched.

Within the warranty period, if your Tracker develops a fault, subject to the conditions of the warranty, you may return the Tracker to our office, where we will repair or replace the item, at our discretion. We will return the Tracker back to you free of charge.

All of our Trackers come with a 1 year parts and labour warranty.

This warranty does not cover any damage caused to the product due to incorrect installation/fitting, configuration or environmental conditions outside of specified operating parameters.

If you wish to arrange for a product to be returned, please use the following procedure.

1. Prepare a statement to accompany the unit that includes a contact name, telephone number and fax number or email address. It should also state the delivery address to use when the unit is repaired (and the invoice address if different from delivery) plus a brief description of the fault.

2. Package the unit with the statement and post it to our UK address, marking it for the attention of the Service Department.
